Mowing – Keeps your lawn looking neat and manicured, and is essential to the continued health of your lawn. We will mow, trim, blow off hard surfaces, and periodically edge along sidewalks . We use high productivity professional equipment and maintain it to the highest degree to stay on schedule and keep your lawn looking sharp.
Overseeding, Dethatching, and Renovation - A lawn that has been neglected or has had poor maintenance will decline. At some point proper mowing and fertilizer will not bring it back and more drastic measures become necessary. That’s when dethatching, overseeding, or a complete renovation is in order. Call for a consultation and more details.
Spring / Fall Cleanup – Spring: Cleanup consists of picking up leaves and sticks that accumulated over the winter, edging landscape beds, cutting down ornamental grasses and perennials, pruning as needed, and adding fresh mulch. Fall: We will pick up leaves and haul them away. Frequency depends on the weather.
Additoinal Services for existing customers
Aeration – Relieves compaction and stimulates root growth. It also helps control thatch and enables water, oxygen, and nutrients to pass more easily into the root zone. Recommended once per year, it is performed in the spring or fall.
Fertilizer and Weed Control – Application of fertilizer and weed control products five times a year maintains an even flow of nutrients and keeps your lawn green and weed free. Products are adjusted throughout the year to take advantage of growing conditions and address different weeds that germinate as the growing season progresses. Insect control is also available on request.
Irrigation Repair and Maintenance – Irrigation systems usually run at night. It's easy to tell if they are running by the wet sidewalks and driveway in the morning. Small leaks, clogged nozzles, and tilted heads not covering their target area are harder to spot. Periodic inspections allow for checking these items, and adjust timing to ensure the system is performing effectively, making the most efficient use of water resources.
Landscape Bed Maintenance – Weeding, pruning, and cultivating landscape beds is essential to keeping your landscape healthy and looking neat . All landscapes are different so we will perform these tasks at an agreed upon frequency.
